eDesign Service Delivery Once you purchase an eDesign service from Essencia Interiors, our team will begin by reviewing your questionnaire and any materials you’ve submitted. You will receive a confirmation email within 1–2 business days, outlining the next steps and estimated delivery timeline of your design package. All communication and final deliverables are provided digitally via email or a secure client portal—no physical items will be shipped as part of the eDesign service. Refund Policy A refund is applicable only for portions of the project where the design process has not yet begun. Any project that has entered the design development phase (e.g., mood boards, space planning, or sourcing) is no longer eligible for a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Product Orders (Furniture/Decor) For physical product purchases, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and your location. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5 business days of purchase. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
